Totally worst experience, I asked them for Punjabi Fix Thali, they sadi, dont have punjabj thali but u can order seperately....how fulish,... They are ready to make punjabi food but mot ready to punjabi dish...Then i ordered Gujarati thali and Kathiyavadi thali...both are almost similar...there is only change in one sabji and bajri roti....All food is not taste like Kathiyavadi....0 for taste...and behave is very rude...i shared my concern...they said we are doing business from last 15 years ..and there is no solution for my Complaint...i have to complete my food so .. whatever i just ate... Honest need to take action on this dhandhuka Branch...

I recently visited Honest at Dhandhuka, but unfortunately, my experience was quite unsatisfactory. The quality of the food did not meet expectations, and to add to the disappointment, the waiter served us cold dishes. When I raised this concern, the manager failed to address the issue and showed little interest in listening to our complaint. Good food and attentive service are the foundations of a restaurant, but both were lacking during my visit. I genuinely hope the management takes such feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and customer service, as Honest is a brand known for better standards.

Totally waste of money services is so bad and food quality is so bad . they don't know how to cook all the menu item they will cook they all the wrong way

I recently visited Honest at Dhandhuka and had a very disappointing experience. The food quality was not up to the mark, and to make matters worse, the waiter served us cold food. When I complained about this issue, the manager did not pay attention to our concerns and simply ignored them. Overall, the service and food quality were far below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food standards and customer service.
