Food is good but there is a serious issue with their customer service. Even after having lift in buildings they are asking us to come down & collect the parcel. I had ordered food many times from them but suddenly they have started asking for delivery charges without prior intimation. They seriously need to work on how to treat their customers. My experience has been very bad so far. Hope this feedback would help them to change their approach.

I just finished my lunch of gujarati thali ordered from here. I ordered from swiggy which costed me 109rs(including delivery charges). The food consisted of 6 rotis, cabbage peas curry, coconut potato curry, dal and rice. The quantity was quite impressive considering the price they offer it. The food wasnt sweet either which was another plus. Everything was perfectly balanced and tasted exactly like a home cooked meal. All in all, food was quite fulfilling, scrumptious amd balanced. Every bite worth the money. Also, ordering from swiggy reduced half the price which was another huge positive from me. Must try.

Have tried several home cooked tiffin meals, but nothing is near to their taste. Less oil, perfect spices, soft roti, hygienic. Kudos for serving best food in economic price.

Deteriorating food quality. Whoever sets a menu needs a course on how to plan menus. The two subjis combinations in a thali is pathetic. This time we had peas pulse and palak peas . Who makes same kind of subji combos in a meal ? Menu planner should use "Common sense".
