Tiffin service is timely, food is hygienic and tastes home-cooked. Portion size is good and packaging is neat. Overall, a reliable and great experience.

We take lunch meals for my mother in law every month and it's been a very nice experience for us. The food is hygienic, nutritious and prepared with care. They also take into account ones dietary needs which has been helpful for us. It's been more than a year since we have been taking this tiffin service and we are wholly satisfied.

Most pathetic experience of my life! Firstly they didn't give an option of trial, full advance payment had to be done. I tried the food for 5 days, and did not like it. I politely asked him to cancel the service and initiate partial refund. This man was so rude and misbehaved with me. I called multiple times and he finally agreed to pay less than half the amount. I have not received my money still, it has been 2 months and more. The couple is arrogant and does not understand the meaning of customer service. Would not recommend their service to anybody!
