Worst restaurant ever. I ordered vrat thali from this restaurant and it was pathetic, worst experience. Moong dal halwa was moong daal, shaahi tukda was like bread in milk. And I ordered through Zomato and Zomato refused to give me refund. Never order anything from here. Worst restaurant in muzaffarpur. Wow thanks for replying after 9 months. Like you said you actually takes a quick action. But still your restaurant is PATHETIC.

Review for The Great Indian Kitchen - 2 Stars I recently ordered Pav Bhaji from The Great Indian Kitchen, expecting a delicious and authentic experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. The bhaji lacked the rich, buttery flavor and perfect blend of spices that make this dish so special. Instead, it tasted bland and unbalanced, as if the ingredients were not cooked properly. The texture of the bhaji was also off--it was too watery and lacked the thick, mashed consistency that a good Pav Bhaji should have. The pav (bread) was another letdown. It was not fresh, and instead of being soft and buttery, it tasted stale and dry. This ruined the overall experience of the meal. Considering that this restaurant specializes in Indian cuisine, I had higher expectations for the quality and taste. Unfortunately, this dish did not live up to its reputation. The portion size was decent, but that does not make up for the lack of flavor and freshness. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and I hope the restaurant takes feedback seriously to improve their recipes. With better attention to ingredients and preparation, they can certainly enhance their dishes. For now, I wouldn't recommend ordering Pav Bhaji from here. I might give the restaurant another try in the future, but only if they improve their quality. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn't justify the price. I hope they work on their flavors to provide a better dining experience.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at The Great Indian Kitchen, Muzaffarpur. The service was absolutely pathetic -- there was no staff available to attend to us properly, and the waiting time for food was unreasonably long. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. Hospitality was completely lacking. I tried to speak with the manager about the delay and poor quality, but he was uninterested and kept talking on his phone instead of addressing the issue. This level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Overall, poor service, poor food quality, and zero customer care. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
