I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Grand & Restaurant in Bikramganj. I would give this place zero stars if I could, and I urge anyone considering a visit to reconsider. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They showed no respect for customers and seemed completely uninterested in providing any service. When I tried to raise my concerns, the owner was equally dismissive and rude. Instead of addressing the issue, their behavior made the situation worse. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from both the staff and the owner made my time there highly unpleasant. A business thrives on customer satisfaction, and it's clear this establishment has no regard for it. My advice is to save your money and avoid this place at all costs. There are better restaurants in Bikramganj that value their customers. This one is a complete letdown.
