The worst car rental experience I've ever had. The owner just doesn't care. He didn't answer calls, didn't respond to messages, and showed zero professionalism. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived, no one was there--and no explanation was given. We waited for over two hour trying to get in touch, but he kept ignoring my calls. It's clear that they don't value your time. If you're looking for reliability, responsiveness, look elsewhere. This agency is a complete waste of time.

The person(owner) of this agency is the most laziest and irresponsible person I have ever seen in any vehicle rental agency in all over assam. Delivered our two 5-seater cars (which was previously supposed to be a Bolero) about 2:30 hrs later while waiting for it near Tinsukia ASTC bus stand. And whenever we contacted him during the time waiting for the cars, he didn't received our calls for around 45 minutes leaving the plan to enjoy our NAMSAI trip in complete hold. Just want to say this, if someone take a car booking for someone's trip than keep your word for it, otherwise advise them to book from someone else. Peace

Do not use this company to book a car. We pay before we travel and when we go to pick up the vehicle , there are no vehicle available. We waited for focus's rental car to pick us up from the tinsukia bus stand 6.00am to 10.30am. When we contacted, he never received our call, messages . Please don't waste your money, totally ruined our plans.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional and courteous, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The fleet offered a variety of vehicles, from budget-friendly all in excellent condition.
