I have never had such terrible food in my entire life; we ordered fish fingers, which were served after half an hour, but the foul smell coming from the fish was beyond explanation, and despite charging 250, the quality was absolutely disgusting; the paneer pakoda was even worse, something that seemed more fit to be thrown into a dustbin rather than served on the table; I can confidently say that there is no worse restaurant in the entire area, and if you don't believe me, you should visit once to see for yourself; a place running like this cannot last long, because no customer would ever want to return after such an experience, and I am certain that soon this restaurant will shut down due to its consistently poor food quality.

1 Star - WORST Experience Ever at Zaika Restaurant, Karimganj I don't even know where to begin. This place was a disaster from the moment I walked in. The service was very very VERY bad. It felt like we were invisible. The staff acted like they were doing us a huge favor by just acknowledging our presence. The receptionist and waiters were straight-up rude, showing no interest at all, behaving as if they were too busy for us, like we were valueless nobodies. No greeting, no smile, just pure attitude. There were ACs installed, but guess what? They didn't even bother to turn them on. The place was so stuffy, I felt like I was sitting inside an oven. And the lighting was horrible -- lights were there, but the place was so dull and dim, it looked more like a haunted house than a restaurant. We were sweating, waiting, and regretting every second spent there. Even asking for basic things felt like disturbing them from some "important mission" they were clearly not on. In short -- worst ambiance, worst service, worst staff behavior. If you enjoy getting ignored, sweating in a dark corner, and feeling like an unwanted guest -- this is your place. Otherwise, save your time and money. NEVER AGAIN.

This is the worst restaurant in the entire Sribhumi district, and I will never go there again. The biryani they served was cold, chicken pieces were missing, and there was a rotten smell everywhere. To make matters worse, the staff was incompetent, couldn't take our order correctly, and missed items from our combo meal.

Mix reviews about these place . Visited a lot of time . Some foods are tasty but most of the food are not so good . I like the atmosphere of these place and nothing else to say about these place . So for the atmosphere 5 star and for food 2.5 star .

Nice place, perfect atmosphere for hanging out with some good vibes. Good music, good atmosphere, pool board game and good food at reasonable price.
