1 Star (if possible, would give 0) I had the worst experience at Sonakshi Hotel and Restaurant, Sribhumi. The behaviour of the staff and even the owner was beyond terrible -- they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly have no idea how to treat customers with basic respect. They talk in such a harsh and disrespectful manner, as if they are doing a favour by letting customers in. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they make their own random rules and act like they're running a school with strict restrictions rather than a restaurant. The whole atmosphere feels uncomfortable and unpleasant because of their behaviour. Definitely not recommended to anyone who values good service, politeness, or basic hospitality. This place seriously needs to learn how to deal with customers.
