The worst experience of my life. We have been staying in this hotel since 2011. But this time I stayed for 2 nights and the behaviour of a staff shocked me. His name as he said is DIPANKAR DAS or DEKA, in morning duty on 19/08/2025. This person has so rudely behaved me and my mother that I have decided to never stay in this hotel in my life. When I have asked him for the bill during checkout he took enough time to prepare the bill and accused me of not getting the GPAY amount after getting the payment. When I have shown him the payment successfull repeatedly he again and again accused me of not getting the payment. What was his intention!! To double receive the payment?? Again he misbehaved even my mother, who is a senior citizen. Totally unhappy with the behaviour of this staff especially.. All other staff and services are satisfactory.
