Durable products worth every penny I remember purchasing a plastic tiffin box from this store back in 2010-11, when I was in class 8 or 9. To my surprise, it's still in perfect working condition--the locks are intact, and only the color has faded a bit over time, which is natural. I've also bought many other items over the years, though I don't recall them all now. I truly appreciate the quality of products they sell and look forward to visiting again!

I've had the worst experience with this store. They display defective products in their shop. I previously purchased two umbrellas of Mahendra Dutta from here. Initially, they showed me one without a strap, then I inspected another one in the store and finalized the purchase before that the finalized umbrella's up cap was missing then they fix it from another one. However, the umbrellas were extremely poorly made, and the handle of one broke from the cap the very next day. Due to my busy work schedule, I couldn't exchange it. When I visited the store again today to address the issue, the owner's behavior was so appalling. He told me to buy a new one. It's ridiculous! Does this store's business model rely on selling defective products that break easily, forcing customers to purchase new ones? And there moto is no harrasment what was that then. I went and told the salesman about it and the salesman ask the owner should he exchanged the umbrella then they owner behaviour was unable to tolerate. It's better to not buy from this shop. Better to buy from the nearest store .
