If I need to explain in just one word, it would be "pathetic." In a sentence for the owner, "waste of an investment." May be due to local political pressure, the owner has appointed wait staffs who are local to the area and have zero experience in hospitality. On top of that, whatever dishes or snacks or beverages we tried to order, they were not available. Due to the heat, dust, and humidity, my wife and I decided to go to the 2nd floor and refrain from sitting at the rooftop. Still, the air conditioners were not running anyway. Though the whole restaurant was empty, due to lack of ventilation and the air-conditioning being absent, the whole place felt stuffy and hot. It took them over twenty-five mins to serve just two fresh lime sodas (we asked for sweet ones, they were not mixed well with sugar either). Apparently, we could only get those fresh lime sodas, and all the other beverages were out of stock. Their menu book is huge and has a number of options, but you would hardly find anything available. This put a big question mark on their credibility as a family restaurant. No doubt, they have beautiful interiors, but the restaurant fails to give the bare minimum when it comes to offering anything close to what is called "a pleasant experience." As some one who travels a lot in India and Australia, I would be visiting this bustling town in the far future, and as a single customer I would definitely not affect their business, but when I come back, I wonder if I would consider coming back to this place.
