No proper food hygiene, serving people are worse, even oils are used palm oil and overnight batters and chutneys served with frozen chutney and sambar nothing but water. I wont recommend this hotel in vijayawada there are spoiling brand name at ballem vaari veedi. Food inspectors need to go for inspection
There is no proper mainatainance in this hotel no neetness,,,, they are taking very much longtime to do give tiffin items ,,,quality also not good ,,,,,,
Rava dosa had too much oil and also the presentation was not at all good...chutney was poured on half of the dosa....overall not at all satisfied
The food is okay, but the service is the worst. Once you take the token we have to wait a minimum of 30 mins. They won't bother abt the customer. Their main motto is to make money. No one will answer properly how long we have to wait for the food. prices are also very high. Don't recommend it.
The very worst response I have faced, not maintaining first come first out. Staff Careless towards the customers. For plain dosa, I hardly had to wait for 40 minutes.
