Extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were completely unresponsive and seemed uninterested in attending to customers. Even the simplest requests were ignored. Definitely not planning to visit again. The overall dining experience was terrible due to the poor and unacceptable service, which completely spoiled the mood. We had to wait endlessly just to get someone's attention, and there was absolutely no courtesy from the so-called manager, who clearly lacks basic customer-handling skills. The manager's biased attitude toward native language speakers was quite evident, leading to noticeable discrimination among customers. This behavior from him seems to have influenced the staff as well, resulting in very poor service. The whole service felt chaotic and disorganized. I honestly don't understand how this place has so many positive reviews. This was by far one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. The staff looked disengaged and careless, and even small requests like water were ignored. No one bothered to check on our table, and both the staff and manager seemed indifferent throughout. The restaurant wasn't even crowded, so there's really no excuse for such slow and poor service. The service completely ruined what could have been a decent meal. Definitely not worth the visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at Anamaya Bhavan in Tirumala. While having lunch, I found a hair follicle in the thali sambhar, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially at a place where cleanliness should be a top priority. The staff did not seem very responsive when the issue was brought to their attention. I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures better hygiene and food safety standards in the future.

The maintenance and ambience is extremely classy with breathtaking art work in the interiors of the restaurant. The food is served with such warm vibes and the price is decent with also the food being tasty, healthy and not too oily or spicy. I loved the mini tiffin combo especially

All breakfast options were very good. They are busy almost always. But they use a nice first come first serve option where you enter your party details and they promptly call out for you when the table is available. Tea/Coffee is served separately so that they can speed up the dine in seating and it also helps keep the place tidy. Polite serving staff too.

My experience was so poor, I will never return and will advise friends and family to avoid this place. Rude behavior by the manager and staff. Moving crowd helps them sustain. Soon they will fade off, as the new neivedhyam restaurant looks promising and better.
