I ordered a fruit cake (Pineapple flavour) for my parents over a call, and the team kindly asked me to share a picture for customization. The cake turned out absolutely stunning exactly the same as I showed and most importantly, my parents loved the taste! We're from Vizag and were trying to deliver a sweet box to our client Nandgokul ghee in Tanuku. Might be due to the Diwali surge, none of the sweet shops on Swiggy or Zomato showed delivery available for that pincode, so we checked Google and called a local store, with little hope of getting it done. To our surprise, the response was extraordinary. The team immediately took the order, informed us of the price, and assured delivery by evening -- without even asking for advance payment. Later that evening, we received a message from our client ng ghee thanking us for the sweet box and the wishes letter with our company name. That gesture truly made our day.
