Hotel chitturi Heritage

We reached the hotel on 19 jun morning. Even though check-in time was 12:00 noon, at no extra charge we were able to check in by 6:30 am. Had a nice breakfast. Restaurant staff is very courteous. Food was ok. As we need to catch a train at 03:00 am (early morning) on 20th, when we enquired at the reception they told us that the security guy will get us auto to the station. In the night AC did not work, even after complaining. We were sweating inside the room. When we checked out at 2:00 am there was no security guy, no auto. Receptionist did not help us in any way. We had to go out with our luggage to the main road and get the auto ( fortunately we got one in 10 minutes). This place being a small town, DO NOT EXPECT alternatives. Place is ok

Trust me. Anybody who cares about hygiene please don't go to this hotel. Washroom was very unhygienic and disgusting atmosphere. Seriously after sleeping for two days in their hotel, I got rashes. Everyone in that town says that's a top hotel in the city and the hotel also charges heck of a money to the service that is just not reasonable at all. It's just not..

Best place in Tanuku with pure veg restaurant and a Mukti cuisine non veg restaurants. Hotel in prime location with limited parking. Lots of deals on rooms and special discount for students. Banquet halls always booked for corporate events. Order for less spicy foods. Veg unlimited buffet meals is 260 and worth it.

Quality of food is not good. They are serving old food and adding a lot of food colours.
