GOURI SADAN

I booked one AC room from the website. This sadan is not well maintained. The bed sheets and pillow were smelling. The washroom doors are broken and half open. Corridors are not clean.

I stayed at lot's of bhakti niwas of temples but I never seen the rooms like this. Too much Dirty rooms, untidy beds, no hot water facility, water leakages in bathroom, balcony and even in room also. don't stay here at all. there are lots of bed bugs, mosquitoes . No cloth hanger, no doormats outside of bathroom. no jet sprey was in commode, flush tank was broken. They charged room rate at check in and take extra 100 rs while check in out for room cleaning charges, where room wasn't clean already and I asked them for receipt for that they clearly denied and don't give receipt . must stay in other hotel rooms but don't stay here.

Lots of bed bugs, didn't sleep properly, my hands, legs, neck got bitten by bed bugs and swollen, even my nephew got bitten , management needed to take proper maintenance. Rooms are ok manageable but due to these bugs we didn't get sleep, unbearable experience. Room 55 gouri sadhan

Pathetic!! Whatever negative things comes to your mind while considering a room for staying, it is there. Be it bedbugs, spiders, broken furniture, damp walls and dripping ceiling and most importantly unprofessional staffs. I know it's not fair to compare this to a hotel of any class, but if someone is charging for something, one must at least make it usable. Very disappointing, PLEASE.. PLEASE, just increase little bit of your budget and get a better rooms. Thank you

For a night stay when you are visiting for baba and maa and skand darshan Rooms are ok in terms of size, cleanliness and comfort. Our AC was working but we didn't have the remote to control temperature Washroom was not dirty, but the construction is old so leakage here or there. See, when you want a close stay to temple, and just there for a night or two, you can take it For 800 bucks, not too bad
