Rooms are very old but remodeled. Look and feel not good. They provide free tasty lunch,dinner. 4 can stay in a room and also provide extra beds with some charge. Friendly environment.

very rude behaviour over phone....not fair.....especially front office staff are unfit for service and satram seva ....spoiled fresh morning and dropped our thought of booking room. Service is the back bone for every industry.... Dear management plz try to select the staff at the time of joining with proper guidelines by observing good qualities and behaviour....staff are questioning the donation amount given by donors...is their part of the duty???? I kindly request you to Plz provide the best service and give minimum respect to the devotees

It's very close to the temple. The price of the rooms are affordable. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Food is tasty and healthy recipes are offered. People are receiving nicely and very friendly

Very near to main temple & a great place to stay. Feasible for every need. But only rooms will be provided to the same community people. Free food provided 3 times. ( Andhra bojanam)

This review is only about the staff at the Reception and Office who are appointed to spoil your mood on a given day. Though lord shiva bless us these people sit there to curse our day. I was there on 21st June asking for room via donor which took us time to be alloted, I must not complain as I was referred by the donor very late, but the way the receptionist and the office person (sorry don't even know their names ) behaved or received me and my family was rude and arrogant. Firstly I am surprised how people are not empathetic and then the way they set up rules for others but not for them. The rooms were changed during allotment and they finally gave us an AC room charged 1200 rs but AC does not work. They didn't even consider to deduct any amount though the AC was at issue. The way he talks to us while we were running out of time and the receptionist was pressurising me to pay them any amount in cash(even a pain puri guy has a scanner these days) but they insisted I pay in cash. Due to the darshan being done late I got the cash and paid them at night (paid room expense before room allotment balance deposit I could not due to no cash with me) the receptionist again without any empathy was arrogant saying how can you be so late. He thinks I am here to supply cash instead of going for Lord Shivas darshan . Such an idiotic, irresponsible behaviour these people show towards pilgrims, only reason being a vysya satram I was in control of my anger not to get into quarrel hence writing this review out of helplessness and frustration where my devotional mood was completely spoiled during this trip. I know I may not change those persons but beware folks don't get into discussions with such kind of people who are sitting at these kind of pilgrim centres to only spoil your day and peace.
