BIRYANIS AND MORE

I ordered phulka, mixed veg and panner tikka biryani. First of all dry phulka and mixed veg curry are good as per the standards whereas coming to panner tikka biryani, biryani rice and paneer tikka masala given separately which cost me 280. There were 5 panner steaks which are frozen and pieces are so hard that I can feels those are not at all fresh and moreover deep fried. Gravy has lot of oil floating in the box. Since it is near to railway station I have considered this restaurant whereas frozen pieces and too much oil in the gravy turned out to me disappointment .

Worst biryani...there is No sitting place and only take away is there ,that too with high cost .. even mini biryani costs 200 and there were no chicken pieces in it and taste is also worst... don't go with fake reviews and don't spend your hard earned money!!!!

I had ordered the fry piece biryani, which costed around 330 Rs The biryani taste was very bad, hardly they gave only 4 tiny chicken pieces that to with bones Quality is very poor, not worthy at all!

For the taste of a 'good' biriyani in and around Samalkot, I've tried Biriyani from here. I brought Fry Bit Biriyani, which costs around 250/- and I regretted instantly after the purchase. There is no such cost, for a normal fry bit biriyani, in any where around Samalkot. Taste is not so extraordinary, not even good. But, that much price is quite too much. Not just that every item they are providing is of heavy price. Even a small road side stall is offering a decent quantity for a reasonable cost. First of all the way they receive customers is too bad. Very disappointing, and for giving the order they kept me waiting for 20minutes. Even though there is no parking space offered by them, I parked my vehicle somewhere and waited for it. Still they served the best cold Biriyani. It was not even lukewarm until I took it to home. May be they took it from fridge heated it and given me that's the reason they kept me waiting for so long, just cooked one can be served with out any delay. Great thing is, for that much price, not even 6 pieces were given with the Biriyani, even the 4 pieces which they have given are bones. The worst part of 'Biriyani's and more', if they can't compromise at cost, why are they compromising at quality? Raitha they have given is completely watery, not even tasty. They haven't even given gravy (sherwa). May be that's not their style, but for that much cost they need to be something different right? Quantity is totally unfair, disgusting. Not even two persons can be satisfied by with the quantity they are giving at such price. Felt happy that someone in our locality has approached in a different way and they are gonna deliver a good briyani, but the 'Biriyani's and more' disappointed me to the core and I never ever gonna visit them again. I'm feeling so Sad to say this, instead of concentrating on publicity if they can concentrate on quality, customer satisfaction and delivering biriyani at an affordable cost that would be so good. For any Middle class biriyani lover like me, opt out for some other restaurants. As of cost and quantity almost everyone in our locality are good, atleast not bad. I am appalled by the service I received. My order took over 1 hours to be delivered, and on top of that, there was an unnecessary cancellation attempt after 30 min of ordered. This kind of delay and mishandling is completely unacceptable. The service was extremely poor and frustrating. I expect immediate improvement in the quality of your delivery service.
