The restaurant ambience is ok but the food quality & taste is worst of entire kakinada. The chicken biryani just like vermicelli upma no difference in appearance and taste. The dinning and cutlery is utter worst it's just like road side dabha even though don't have forks and spoons to serve the food. The water is served in paper cups just like food Street vendors. The restaurant is waste and not to be preferred for the good food. The chicken starters are tasting like road side food. Please don't go to the restaurant with any friends and family for any occasion.

I ordered a chicken starter and chicken biryani from Royal Naidu Restaurant, and it was a terrible experience. The chicken starter was made from leftover afternoon chicken hard, dry, and completely lacking freshness. The chicken mixed biryani was even worse, with a strange and unpleasant taste I've never experienced before. When I asked the server about the taste, he simply replied, "Our restaurant taste is like that only". which shows a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. This was honestly one of the worst meals I've ever had, and I will not be ordering from here again.

Royyala Naidu Military Hotel (Kakinada): Great place if you're training for patience Olympics! They take 30 minutes just to notice you exist, 45 minutes to cook, and another 30 minutes to finally let the food land on your table. By the time it arrives, you'll forget what you even ordered. Perfect spot if you have no work, plenty of free time, and just want to chill in AC doing absolutely nothing. Food review? Sorry, didn't have the lifetime to wait for that.
