Went to DWARAKA VEG HOTEL tiffin section near rtc bus stand, kadapa and ordered idli sambar for parcel and when opened the parcel 2 different qualities of stale idlis were there and the sambar which was given is sambar which will be provided during meals in the afternoon So wanted to raise a complaint and checked the phone Pay bill then it showed that the bill which paid through scanner was in the name of VIJAYA DURGA HOTEL PURE FRAUDSTERS
Facilities are good and maintenance too. Quality of food also good but need to improve quantity of family pack Biryani's. Pleasant place. Reasonable prices. Menu items are good. It is near to new bus stand so easy to visit and have good food items.
Poor hotel management.There staff are rude towards customers atleast they are not ready to reply properly. Seating should be improved and hygiene. Very unhealthy atmosphere.. Sincerely Suggested not to go...

Just now we brought 5 dosas and vadas and there is no salt in all items.the sambar is not tasty at all.
