Had onion dosa this morning at Varalakshmi Tiffins @ Chandramouli nagar, Guntur . The taste was not at all up to mark. Dosa was little over burnt, it's very dry n hard. Coconut chutney and ginger chutney was just average. I didn't find nothing so great about this place anymore.
Back at the beginning days their service is good for deliveries or dinein. After gaining popularity service is at owners risk and attitude is peaks. Don't give sooo much attention to a place which don't treat customers like they deserve
Don't order from this,they are completely changed their way of business,this Is not Our Old Varalakshmi Tiffins, this is the Worst tiffin centre in Guntur now,because... I have ordered 03 Plates Idlys But Received Only 03 Single Idlys. ... This is the first time it happened with Varalaxmi . I have no clue it's a mistake of either Zomato or Varalakshmi Tiffin Centre . But the delivery Guy responded to my call and said he will check with Varalaxmi Tiffin entre. Where are Varalakshmi Tiffin center people are so reckless,lazy not even responding to any calls... What the hell is this ... ??? Is this the way to do business with a Customer who is having your tiffins since 10 Years ... Didn't expect this from you ... Dear Management of Varalakshmi Tiffin Centre, either you change and continue your old good practices or we customers will change you, previously you are the only option ,but now you r just an option. Remember customers are not fools ...
This is a take away point. Every item is made fresh in front of you . The taste is super and the packing is excellent.
Food here tastes average, but people hype the place very much. Decent food but the cost is a bit high so we can get a better meal from other tiffin centers.
