We visited this restaurant and ordered a variety of items -- Chicken Hot & Sour Soup, Chicken Drumsticks, Apollo Fish, Mutton Fried Piece Biryani, and Prawns Biryani. Soup & Starters Chicken Hot & Sour Soup: The flavor was decent, nicely spiced and served hot. However, the chicken pieces were quite hard to chew, which brought down the overall experience. Chicken Drumsticks: Again, taste-wise it was good with the right balance of spices, but the chicken was tough and not tender, which was disappointing. We reported this to the server, and they were polite and offered to replace the order, which we appreciated. Apollo Fish: This dish was a hit. Crispy, well-marinated, and flavorful -- cooked perfectly with a slightly tangy and spicy coating. Main Course Mutton Fried Piece Biryani: Rich in flavor, with well-cooked mutton pieces that were tender and juicy. The biryani had a good aroma and spice balance. Prawns Biryani: Fresh prawns, mildly spiced, and well-layered with rice. It didn't feel overly oily or bland. Portion Size: The biryani quantity is sufficient for one average eater. However, if you're a light eater, one portion can be shared between two people comfortably. Service The staff were attentive and handled feedback professionally. The willingness to replace the dish without hesitation was a good gesture and shows they care about customer satisfaction.
