Has to improve Not clean not maintaining problem

My parents recently visited your hotel and enjoyed the dosas with chutney. They were so pleased that they decided to take a parcel home for me. However, while the chutney served at the restaurant was fresh, the chutney packed in the parcel was of noticeably lower quality. Additionally, my mother bought Gulab Jamuns for her 90-year-old mother and me, trusting that they would be fresh. Unfortunately, when we opened them, we noticed a very unpleasant smell. I was the one who tasted them first, and they were indeed spoiled, which spared my grandmother from the experience
