I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and gave off a premium feel, with interiors that resemble a royal palace. Some furnitures are worn out but that does not make any difference for a day.Though the property is old, it is well maintained The staff were very courteous and always ready to help, making the stay even more comfortable. The food was another highlight--absolutely delicious! If you're looking for a great South Indian breakfast, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Not Worth the Price - Poor Maintenance and Facilities I had booked Rajahamsa Hotel, a 3-star property located opposite the Anantapur bus stop in Andhra Pradesh, for 3200 per night. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Even though I had booked a double occupancy room, the amenities provided were for just one person -- only one towel, one dental kit, and one water bottle. There were no coffee cups, sachets, or basic hospitality items usually expected from a 3-star hotel. The bathroom was in very poor condition. There was continuous water leakage, and when I turned on the tap, both the tap and shower started running simultaneously, making it difficult to use. On top of that, there were multiple power cuts (4-5 times) during my stay, which added to the inconvenience. For the amount paid, the experience was not worth it at all. The hotel seriously needs to improve its maintenance, amenities, and overall service quality if it wishes to live up to its 3-star claim.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Raja Hamsa for three days. While some aspects of the hotel were acceptable, the overall experience was not up to par, leading me to give it a 2.5-star rating. The hotel is located beside the Ananthapuram RTC bus station. Lobby and Ambience: The decor appears to be a mix of classic and modern styles, with ornate sofas, a decorative ceiling with intricate cutouts, and large vases. There is a small reception area, and the waiting area includes comfortable-looking couches. However, the space seems a bit cluttered and could be more welcoming. Restaurant: The restaurant looks good, but the food quality is only average. I would rate the taste of the food a 2.5 out of 5. Car Parking: Parking is a significant issue. The hotel has a cellar for car parking, which can accommodate only 4 to 5 cars. Additionally, there are a few parking spots available in front of the hotel. However, these spots are highly susceptible to dust due to the high crowd and traffic during the day. Customer Service: The customer service was decent, but there is room for improvement. While the staff was welcoming, the service could be more comfortable and efficient. A major disappointment was the hotel's policy regarding drivers; they do not provide accommodation for drivers, which is a significant inconvenience. Location: The hotel's location next to the Ananthapuram RTC bus station makes it a high-traffic area, contributing to the dust and noise issues mentioned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of mediocre food, poor parking facilities, and unaccommodating policies like not providing driver accommodation makes it a less than ideal choice for travelers.

Exceptional Service Led by Simhadri What truly sets Hotel Rajahamsa apart is its outstanding service, and the restaurant manager, Simhadri, is the epitome of hospitality. His leadership is evident in the seamless and attentive service provided by the entire team. Simhadri himself goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. He personally checked on our table, offered excellent recommendations, and managed the dining room with a calm, professional grace. His personal touch and dedication transformed our dining experience from great to truly unforgettable. It's rare to see a manager so committed to guest satisfaction.

I have stayed for 3 nights. Room was spacious and gets a luxury feel. But basic things like Shower and Hand Shower were not working. This is absolutely pathetic. I have reported the same to the hotel staff but nothing was done.
